Trish Stidham, Hospital Director

Trish joined the Veterinary Referral Center of Northern Virginia in 2010.  She began her career working as a veterinary assistant for a small animal practice.  Subsequently she worked in the United States Senate on the Special Committee on Aging with Senator Grassley and as an executive assistant in government affairs for many years before returning to her love of animals.

She and her husband Mark have three wonderful children. She adopted a husky mix named Max, a hound mix named Gracie,  and a cat named Bella who are all beloved members of her family.

Most of her free time is devoted to her children and to enjoying time at her family’s cabin in West Virginia, hiking, kayaking, walking with her dogs, and trips to the beach.


Heidi Coleman, Business Director

Heidi moved from Caldwell, Idaho with her husband Kevin so he could pursue a job opportunity with Micron Technology.  She joined the Veterinary Referral Center of Northern Virginia in May of 2007.  Heidi has many years of experience as a bookkeeper and payroll specialist.

In addition to Kandice and Kyle, her two children, she has two mixed breed dogs named Mocha and Bradshaw.

In her free time Heidi enjoys working in the yard, playing with her dogs, shopping, going for a motorcycle ride with her husband, sleeping, or watching the BSU Broncos.

 


Jill Hampel, LVT, Referral Representative

Jill works closely with local and regional referring veterinarians to ensure we provide the very best service possible to them and to their clients and patients. Her extensive knowledge of veterinary technology is an asset in this role.

After a career showing and training Quarter Horses, Jill earned her Veterinary Technology degree from Northern Virginia Community College in 1989. She began her career in veterinary medicine at the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center in Leesburg. Subsequently Jill worked in small animal veterinary medicine with a special interest in surgery. She worked as a surgery technician at the Veterinary Referral Center of Northern Virginia from 2006-2015. Jill returned to school and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management.

Jill, her husband Tom, and youngest daughter Molly live in Stafford. She has two dogs named Willow and Ashlee, a barn kitty named Storm, and a flock of chickens. In her free time Jill bakes and decorates specialty Royal Icing cookies and enjoys scrapbooking and gardening.


Noah Morris, Director of Veterinary Strategic Resources

Noah Morris joined the Veterinary Referral Center of Northern Virginia Team in 2018. He brings more than six years of invaluable talent acquisition experience in the accounting, finance, legal, and information technology fields to his position. Noah finds top-quality, highly regarded experts in the specialized veterinary medicine field to expand our staff to best serve our clients and patients. The Veterinary Referral Center of Northern Virginia is known for our exceptional staff. Noah finds additional experts to enhance our existing outstanding team.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in 2000 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University’s College of Law in 2007.

Noah is happily married to his best friend Courtney. They have two beautiful daughters named Aria and Melody and a cat named Mexico. Noah is an avid sports fan and enjoys cooking, camping with his family, and gardening in his free time.
